NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF BRANCH OFFICERS

ROYAL AIR FORCES ASSOCIATION – GLOUCESTER BRANCH

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN [in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Branch Terms of Reference} that the next Annual General Meeting of the Branch will take place:

 

 

1330 Hrs Saturday 14th March 2026

 

at The Gala Club, Fairmile Gardens, Longford, Gloucester GL2 9EB

 

for the following purposes:

 

• To receive the report on the activities of the Branch for the past year.

• To adopt the Trustees’ annual report and accounts and receive the independent examination report for the year ended 31 December 2025.

• To elect the Officers and Trustees to the Branch Committee.

• To consider resolutions for submission to the Annual Conference Committee.

 

The Branch Secretary will be sending out the Calling Notice to all Branch Members together with the associated paperwork by 21st February 2026.
